Our Dance Classes
Toddler Group - Move, Create & Play
Day: Wednesdays
Age: 0-4
Venue: Kings St Albans, Worcester
Time: 9.30 – 10.45am
Cost: £6 per session pay as you go (with loyalty card!) & £1 per additional sibling
What we do: At our toddler group, we introduce a new theme every two weeks. The first week features an engaging, activity-filled session with toys, props, music, and storybooks. The second week focuses on Sensory Play, incorporating tuff trays, ball pits, soft play, and more. Refreshments and free play are also provided throughout the sessions.
Our toddler dance classes run term time only. Please check on the Kings St Albans website for exact dates or contact us.
Street Dance
Day: Thursdays
Age: 3-11
Venue: Number 8, Pershore
Time: 4.00-4.45pm (3-5yrs)
4.45-5.30pm (5-8yrs)
5.30-6.15pm (8-11yrs)
Cost: £24 per month (excluding August)
What we do: Our Street Dance classes for children provide an energetic and engaging environment where they can learn to dance to their favorite music. Students will master various steps and techniques, which they will then combine into choreographed routines. They will have the opportunity to explore different Street Dance styles, including “commercial,” “hip-hop,” “breaking,” and “locking,” while being encouraged to express their own unique style and ideas. These classes offer excellent exercise and are instrumental in boosting confidence and self-esteem.
To recognize their efforts, each child is rewarded with a sticker for their achievement chart. Our program runs for 42 weeks a year; please refer to the club membership page for specific dates.
Diddy Monkeys
Day: Saturdays
Age: 2-4
Venue: St Johns Youth & Community Centre
Time: 9:00-9:45am (Level 1)
9.50-10.35am (Level 2)
Cost: £24 per month (excluding August)
What we do: Our Diddy Monkeys classes are designed to enhance children’s fine and gross motor skills, build strength and balance, improve hand-eye coordination, and develop musicality and rhythm. Each week features a new theme, ensuring that our children’s dance classes remain engaging and dynamic. Through the use of props, storybooks, and music, we create a fun and active learning environment.
Children can begin with the support of a parent and gradually transition to participating independently as they become more confident. To recognize their efforts, every child receives a sticker to add to their achievement chart.

Dancing Monkeys
Day: Saturdays
Age: 4-7 (Key Stage 1)
Venue: St Johns Youth & Community Centre
Time: 10.40-11.25am (Level 3)
11.30-12.15pm (Level 4)
Cost: £24 per month (excluding August)
What we do: In our Dancing Monkeys class, we utilize a variety of resources to inspire children’s creativity, including props, learning cards, dice, letter blocks, adventure plans, and music. Through a series of carefully designed exercises and short routines, children explore a range of dance styles, helping them develop key skills such as musicality, rhythm, strength, balance, flexibility, versatility, and teamwork.
To celebrate their progress, all children in our dance classes are rewarded with a sticker, which they can proudly collect on their achievement chart.
